GroupCheers uses the following third-party sub-processors to provide our Service. Each sub-processor has been evaluated for their security practices and data handling policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each sub-processor to perform its function.
We will update this list when we add or remove sub-processors. Material changes will be communicated to customers via email at least 30 days in advance.

Vercel: Hosts our application and serves web pages. Processes HTTP requests including cookies for authentication. Does not store customer card content persistently.
Neon: Stores all persistent data including user accounts, card content, messages, integration tokens, and subscription information. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
LemonSqueezy: Processes payment information for paid subscriptions. GroupCheers does not store credit card numbers directly — all payment data is handled by LemonSqueezy.
Slack & Microsoft Teams: Used only when a customer explicitly connects these integrations. We store OAuth access tokens to send messages on behalf of the user. Tokens are deleted when the integration is disconnected.
GitHub: Hosts our source code repository. Does not process or store customer data.
